Pre-Order Items:

- Changes or cancellations for pre-ordered items are permitted within 24 hours of purchase. 

- If you cancel your pre-order within the first 24 hours, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

- Cancellations made after the initial 24-hour period, but before the item has shipped, will incur a $50 cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

- After 48 hours and once your pre-ordered item has shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Ready to Ship Orders:

- Changes or cancellations for ready to ship orders are permitted within 24 hours of purchase.

- If you cancel your ready to ship order within the first 24 hours, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

- After the initial 24-hour period, changes or cancellations cannot be made once the order has been processed and shipped.
